December 11th Meeting "Nutshell"

Our meeting on Sunday, December 11th was fairly productive.  The amendment not allowing the consolidation of lots passed. Meanwhile, the amendment sponsored by the Roberts allowing the consolidation of lots with a modified dues structure failed to gain enough votes to be approved.  More details can be found in the minutes sent in my recent email.  Let me know if you have any questions.
